By using CandidHeart, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Members must treat one another with respect at all times. The following behaviors are not permitted:

• Any behavior that demeans or degrades another person

CandidHeart is a community rooted in dignity. Members who violate this standard may be removed.

2. Honesty and Authenticity

Trust is essential to meaningful relationships. Members must:

• Provide truthful personal information
• Represent themselves accurately in their profile
• Upload genuine photos
• Avoid exaggerating or misrepresenting personal circumstances

Misleading or deceptive profiles undermine the integrity of the platform and may result in account removal.

3. Intentional Participation

CandidHeart is designed for individuals who are serious about building marriage-oriented relationships. Members should:

• Engage in thoughtful, respectful conversations
• Communicate with honesty and clarity
• Be mindful of the time and emotional investment of others

This platform is not intended for casual browsing or entertainment.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Members must respect the privacy of others. You may not:

• Share another member’s personal information outside the platform without consent
• Distribute screenshots or private messages
• Attempt to expose or embarrass other members

Protecting member privacy is fundamental to our community.

5. Inappropriate Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Explicit sexual material
• Offensive or graphic imagery
• Violent or threatening language
• Fraudulent or deceptive content
• Promotional or commercial advertisements

Profiles or messages that violate these rules may be removed.

6. Respectful Faith Conversations

CandidHeart welcomes sincere faith-centered conversation. Members should engage with humility, avoid contempt or spiritual manipulation, and respect differences in denomination, background, and personal journey.

7. Examples: What Is Allowed vs Not Allowed

Allowed: clear communication, respectful disagreement, honest intentions, and polite boundaries.

Not allowed: repeated pressure after refusal, insulting language, humiliation, threats, doxxing, or coercive requests for money or personal data.

8. Enforcement Matrix

Community enforcement is proportional to behavior severity and frequency:

• Low-risk first offense: warning and guidance
• Repeated misconduct: temporary restrictions or suspension
• Severe abuse, fraud, or threats: immediate removal

9. Non-Retaliation

Retaliation against members who report concerns in good faith is prohibited. Attempts to intimidate, shame, or punish reporters may lead to account action.

10. Updates to These Guidelines

We may refine these guidelines over time to improve clarity and community safety. Significant updates will be reflected with a revised date.
